Cappadocia – a winter wonderland (Video)

Below is a short and fairly raw video (1 min) that I put together from my day in the snow.  I had problems uploading it on the day I loaded my previous post, but didn’t want to waste it, so here it is!   It’s nothing too exciting but just shows how pretty it was while the snow fell. 🙂

(Click the litle icon in the bottom right corner to make it a full-size video.)

Three days later the sun was out and it was (almost) T-shirt weather again!

About BusyLizzy

Normally I live in NZ but having re-discovered the joys of independent travel over the last few years, I decided it was 'now or never' and am taking some time out to see what the world has to offer.

Oh boy – that gives me REALLY itchy feet – stunning scenery. NZ coming out in sympathy with wintery temperatures. Wore gloves driving to work yesterday. Roll on Summer!

Oops – just spotted you comment, Sue. The weather here has been unpredictable – horribly cold and snowy one day, then I’m back in T-shirts 4-5 days later. Then the cycle repeats! They tell me that this has been unusually cold April this year – just my luck. :-/ But spring is definitely around the corner – which I guess you don’t have that to look forward to right now, sadly.
